Beata Komarnicka- Nowak has worked in the 90s in commercial law companies such as the Polish Television (TVP S.A.) in Poznań, Merkury Radio, Investment Consulting Group and Urowska Legal Office .
From 2002 to 2006, Beata Komarnicka-Nowak worked in Roedl & Partner, where she was in charge of litigation. As an attorney-at-law, she focuses on construction agremments and procedures. In this field she advises both Polish as well as foreign investors and construction companies. Recently she supervised the building of Askana shopping centre in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Among the tasks performed by the team lead by Beata Komarnicka-Nowak are: drawing-up of legal memorandums, drafts of contracts, all aimed at reducing risks for investors' activity in Poland .
Beata Komarnicka-Nowak is an arranger of numerous training courses within the scope of European funds, in the Italian Chamber of Commerce, among others.She organizes training courses for investors in Kostrzyń-Słubice Special Economic Zone, as well as Members of Zachodnia Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa in Gorzów Wlkp. in Gorzów Wlkp. and Polska Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa Budownictwa in Poznań.
She represents clients in negotiations with electric energy purveyors. She leads electric energy consumption audits aiming at cost-cutting.
She focuses on media law as well.
Beata Komarnicka-Nowak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 1999 she became attorney-at-law. She is a member of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-lawand and put on the candidate list for bankruptcy trustees at the District Court in Poznań. She speaks French, English and Russian.

Since 1996, Mariusz Korpalski has been assisting entrepreneurs with the Polish commercial and company law. From 2000 to 2006, Mariusz worked in Rödl & Partner. He was a general partner and partner in Roedl, Korpalski Kancelaria Prawna sp. k. with seat in Warsaw and departments in Poznań and Cracow.
As an attorney-at-law, Mariusz specialises in agreements with banks, disputes with banks, real estate acquisitions, restructuring and bankruptcy, collaterals and commercial agreements.
He deals with strategies for enterpreneurs involved in fraudulent currency derivatives (options, forward, swap - CIRS).
Mariusz Korpalski is the author of numerous publications on the Polish commercial, bank and collaterals law (in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Rzeczpospolita among others). He is active as lecturer and co-host in meetings of: Polska Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa Budownictwa in Poznań, Zachodnia Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa in Gorzów Wlkp., World Trade Center in Poznań and Ost- und Mitteleuropa Verein in Hamburg.
He contributed to parliament draft bills on commercial law (e.g. amendment of accountancy law, commercial companies code and some others - bill No: VI 2566, amendment of civil proceedings code on orders for payment - bill No: VI 3185).
Mariusz Korpalski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń. He is a member of Poznań District Chamber of Legal Advisers (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawny w Poznaniu). He is also put on the list of candidates to bankruptcy trustees at the District Court in Poznań.
He is fluent in both German and English languages.
